Hey,

I'm resending this to you because it's important you are aware of what happened.

A few weeks ago I published a case study comparing backlink checkers in which SEMRush was falsely declared the winner.

A problem was discovered with how they choose to count data that seriously inflated their counts.

I want to be clear - I do not believe SEMRush intentionally cheated because the data they provided stood up to verification from us and other backlink checker teams.

But SEMRush are counting IP's in a radically different way than any other backlink checker which led to seriously inflated IP and Subnet counts.

SEMRush decided to supply updated data on September 22nd 2019 to conduct a fair test which has had a significant impact on the results-
